Shipping Timing

We offer these methods for shipping your orders from Daiyo.com.sg:

Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays & holidays. You can see estimated arrival dates on each product page and in your Cart.

If for some reason you don’t receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us within 60 days of your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated on a “per trip” basis and is based on the shipping method you select (Postal,Express). We sometimes offer free shipping in select categories, or free shipping site-wide.

Free Shipping on Orders $20 and Up

Goods and service tax (GST) do not count toward the $20 order total. If an item cancellation or coupon lowers the total purchase price to less than $20, you will be charged for the shipping cost of the remaining items.

Product Warranties

Any warranty on Daiyo’s product will apply a 1-year warranty protection, when purchased on Daiyo.com.sg. To check your warranty status, login to your account for more information.

Return Policy

Original receipt is required for exchange or refund.

Product that was sold at a special price due to existing defects cannot be exchanged or refunded.
